Chris came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot a non functioning AC unit. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He had the system up and running again within a few hours, as well as identifying and fixing some issues that were causing the system to run sub optimally. I will be using Best again.

Best Home Services tech (Drew) did an excellent job in inspecting and servicing the A/C. He was very thorough in inspecting and cleaning both the inside and outside units and verifying that they were working to Mfg. specs, including providing a report. He conducted himself in a most professional and courteous manner. We were very satisfied with the service.
